The Oscars will have a presenter again in its 94th edition
The most prestigious gala in the film industry is already around the corner, and its organizers reported that they will have a presenter again. Previously due to situations of the pandemic, they had to carry out their three editions without an official presenter and wanted to resume the tradition as usual.
The three years in which the awards gala was absent from the presenters were boring broadcasts, and according to many critics they were the most irrelevant in history.
However, the 94th will be totally different, since they will implement different dynamics and will have an official presenter.
For the 90th edition of the Oscars held in 2018, the person in charge of conducting the event was Jimmy Kimmel who did an excellent job, and was recognized for his participation in the awards gala.
For the year 2019, it was had in mind to place the actor and comedian Kevin Hart, however, the plans went down the coast when they learned of some old tweets of the actor that came to light showing that he was homophobic.
When and where will the Oscars be presented?
The 94th edition of the awards is scheduled for March 27 and will be broadcast from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, United States.
In addition, they also affirmed that they will be able to enjoy the transmission through the ABC television network in North America.
This promises to be one of the best awards of the decade, since, after so long, they will have the master of ceremonies again.
Many people are talking and speculating about the subject, making theories about the winners and above all expressing their excitement and eagerness for the date of the presentation of the awards to arrive to see what they have prepared for us.
Who will be the master of ceremony?
The news about who will be the new presenter for the 94th Edition Oscars was recently released, leaving many people shocked.
The person in charge of spreading this news was nothing more and nothing less than "Craig Erwich" who is the executive president of Hulu and the ABC Entertainment network.
In his statement he mentioned:
"You've heard it here first, Glenn Weiss will be directing the Oscars and Will Packer will executive produce the event," said Craig Erwich.
In addition, to finalize his statement, he added the following:
“Will is relevant to popular culture and entertainment. I know he has a lot in store, andd we'll have more details to share soon”, concluded the CEO of Hulu and ABC Entertainment.
To date, they have not announced who will be in charge of the opening of the Oscars 2022, however, the actor “Tom Holland” mentioned that it would be a great honor for him to open the presentation.
