On the return with his daughters in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park and the car deviates from the road, according to the hypotheses due to mechanical faults of the vehicle, causing a serious accident in which the victims were trapped inside the car. Kisco, as he was called, lost his life in the accident and his two young daughters were left alive, but with serious injuries.

Both minors were taken to the Intensive Care Unit of the Torrecárdenas University Hospital, where fortunately both of them receive medical attention girls "traveled properly" and sat "in their car seats."
