Teacher Arrested for Installing Camera in Elementary School Bathroom
Documents presented in court, ensured that the defendant saw two students aged 8 and 10 while urinating in the bathroom of the school.
In the United States, a teacher was arrested on suspicion of installing a camera in the bathroom to spy on his students at an elementary school.
This January 28, a document was presented to the Cobb County Magistrates Court (state of Georgia) showing that the teacher Justin C. Julian was in charge of placing the cameras in the bathrooms.
This happened at Blackwell's school. Through the cameras, he was able to observe two of the students, aged 8 and 10, while they urinated.
Upon learning of this, one of the students was concerned and informed another teacher on campus. Julian was taken into custody after this information. However, the date on which he was arrested is not known.
For this, he is charged with surveillance and espionage, as well as child cruelty in the first degree.
School authorities are assisting local police in their investigation, according to a spokesperson for the school district.
