WhatsApp will look more like Telegram with the new update
WhatsApp will get another section called Community, from which we can share our ideas and interact with other users who have this option.
This is an intriguing follow-up to an app that has long focused on texting and was originally introduced as an option in contrast to SMS.
The component has been found by XDA, as of the download of the latest APK package of the Android application; Some lines of code have been incorporated that refer to another segment called "Community ", which includes notices from "members" and the ability to network and welcome different contacts.
Therefore, the Community component will allow us to do something almost identical to Facebook Pages, places where we can meet other people with interests similar to ours; This implies that we will talk to people who are not on our contact list.
The Community will not replace the Groups, which will remain in the application as indicated by the references included, but will be connected; A Community can have a "parent group", that is, be founded on a current meeting, and include a few meetings within a similar community.
Little more is thought about this element, since WhatsApp has not affirmed its reality.
One of the possibilities is that the Communities are like the "Channels" of Telegram, one of its enormous opponents and the one that has benefited the most from the new WhatsApp issues.
This Telegram option is in contrast to groups, as they have at least one or more Admin, who can share posts that can be commented on.
It is still not clear if this news will be public, or if when they are published they can be shared with other users, we do not know if this option will have any interaction with Facebook.
In any case, it is to be assumed that we will still have to wait a long time to see if WhatsApp carries out this component.
