  10. In the same pan and with the residual oil that has remained, add the tomatoes and fry for 4 to 5 minutes and at the end, add a little salt to taste, mix well and reserve in a separate plate.

  11. In a wide oven tray, place half of the sautéed vegetables and distribute very well over the entire surface.

  12. Place the potatoes on top, distributing them well over the entire surface and forming a layer of potatoes. Then, place the rest of the fried vegetables on top, spreading it well over the potatoes.

  13. Place the tomatoes on top of the vegetables in the tray, forming a layer.

  14. Finally, sprinkle ground pepper to taste.

  1. Pour the fish juice or broth into the baking tray where you had arranged the vegetables, until they are completely sautéed.

  2. Preheat oven to 220°C or 420°F with top and bottom heat and no fan.

  1. Pour some olive oil into a pan and let it heat up on the stove over medium heat.

  2. When the oil is hot, sauté two cloves of garlic previously cut into thin slices. In this way they will be fried until golden brown.

  3. When the garlic is golden, turn off the heat on the stove and add a teaspoon of sweet paprika. Mix well and reserve in a separate container.

Hake baking:

  1. Remove the tray with the vegetables from the oven and remove the aluminum foil.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and the hake on both sides, and then place it on top of the vegetables and potatoes.

  4. Keep the oven preheated to 220 ° C.
