Love Myself: BTS's campaign against violence with UNICEF

Today, BTS released a new video for their campaign against violence, which is called LOVE MYSELF. It would be supported by UNICEF and would seek to end all these conflicts that generate great pain, loneliness and losses throughout the world.

UNICEF and BTS decided to choose July 29 to launch their video, being a preview of International Friendship Day, which would be celebrated on July 30.

In the UNICEF Twitter account, a message that promotes goodness and kindness among young people can be observed. In addition, it has a video, accompanied by the members of BTS, where some final words appear stating: "Choose respect. Choose support. Choose kindness."

BTS started their Love Myself campaign in 2017. In this way, the group has been in charge of promoting an end to violence, and gestures of kindness and humanitarianism on the part of the people. This would be something of the utmost importance in times when more and more violence and discrimination are observed in all parts of the world.

BTS expressed a few words about their LOVE MYSELF campaign, indicating that it consists of making people love themselves and share that love with other people:

The latest video promoting the LOVE MYSELF campaign features BTS's song, Answer: Love Myself. In addition, diverse scenes between young people can be observed, which begin being aggressive and violent; though, as the video progresses, people begin to become kind and caring by displaying compassionate demeanor.

In this way, BTS would be looking to promote its message of peace and kindness to a community of followers that is considered the largest today. For this reason, UNICEF is confident that this campaign will be able to generate a change at the global level.
