One of the recipes that for generations has accompanied many families. The meat can have many ways of preparation, but if you accompany it with potatoes, you will have a lovely result.
Ingredients for the potato stew with meat
Diced minced beef
1 head of garlic
2 large carrots
100 grams of vainitas (green beans)
Fried tomatoes or tomato sauce
2 large onions
bay leaves
150ml beef broth
4 large potatoes
Olive oil (preferably extra virgin)
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps for preparation:
Season the meat with salt and pepper. This is if it is already properly cleaned (remove all the fat, the white parts) and diced.
Add to a saucepan over high heat with a little olive oil and stir. Ideally, the outside of the meat is cooked and has produced the stew juices.
Remove from heat and let rest.
While it rests, peel and cut the rest of the ingredients. Onions, carrots and green beans.
In a separate cauldron, add the peeled and chopped ingredients and incorporate the tomato sauce, the crushed garlic into small pieces, and the meat broth, season with salt and pepper to taste. Ideally, all flavors work.
Then we pass all the ingredients to the meat cauldron and add the bay leaves. Heat with a little more olive oil over low heat. A

Preparation of the potatoes:
One of the preferred ways and very simple to perform. Peel the potatoes and chop them into squares or dice. Heat a pot with plenty of oil and fry until golden brown. Ideally, they should be very crispy.
Remove them from the oil and add them to the meat cauldron and let them cook for a couple more minutes.
