Only a few months ago the verdict of the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Bogotá was known, it gave the doctor the acquittal for the crime that was charged.

This ruling in favor of the doctor can cause serious problems for the model because the 35th Municipal Criminal Judge gave her a period of 48 hours for her to reverse the accusations against the doctor Martin Carrillo.

But she never gave an answer and this and a notice of contempt by the model was given, this could lead to Cediel in prison for a period of six months and would be obliged to pay a fine of approximately 20 minimum monthly wages, this according to Decree 2591 of 1991.
