"El chente" Vicente Fernández dies at 81 years of age
The idol of Mexican popular music says goodbye to this world, and leaves a legacy of 50 years of experience
Traditional Mexican and Latin American music joins the duel left by the physical loss of Vicente Fernández, also known as "El charro de Huentitán".
The singer's state of health was quite critical, he had already spent 4 months hospitalized due to a fall that he had during the month of August. And today, Sunday, December 12, they announced his death, through a statement on his Instagram account.

The death of the interpreter of "Divine Women", caused, without a doubt, a great commotion in all his public. Well, Vicente Fernández not only became an icon of Mexican music; but also from Latin America.
50 years of experience
Vicente Fernández is known for his great career and impact on Mexican ranchera music. Hundreds of albums, more than 300 recorded songs, and approximate 37 films, it is just a sample of how influential the interpreter of "El Rey" was in life.
The most popular songs of "Chente", and those that are kept for life are: Women so divine, For your damn love, My old man, Forever and These jealousies. In the film industry he stood out in films such as: La Ley del Monte, Dios los Cría and Tacos al Carbón; among others.

The beginning
Vicente Fernández was born in Huentitán el Alto, on February 17, 1940. He comes from a very humble family background, and it was at the age of 8 that he began to practice his first chords, on a guitar that had been given to him.
The interpreter of "Volver, Volver, Volver", on many occasions mentioned that his first idols were Pedro Infante and Javier Solís.
