Katy Perry loses lawsuit for plagiarism of "Horse"

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson better known as Katy Perry is a beautiful songwriter, singer, actress, model, businesswoman, pianist, guitarist and writer who was involved in a plagiarism lawsuit almost since 2013.

"Dark Horse" from the album Prism is the song that got her into all this trouble. In Los Angeles the court ruled that the song was copied from the Christian rapper, Marcus Gray, better known as "Flame", as the judge found that the two had many similarities.

Katy Perry and her attorneys of course denied that they were aware of the piece. The fans of this beautiful singer are outraged because they assure that although the piece comes to resemble slightly in rhythm it is not a copy, independently Katy Perry has many more songs and there is no reason to sadden.

The resolution was given this Monday afternoon, now we only have to wait to know how much Katy Perry will have to pay.
