Bolognese spaghetti
Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the most delicious and well-known Italian dishes, which is why it has managed to transcend borders and go very far.
In addition, it is very simple to prepare, and now we will explain how:
Ingredients:
400 grams of spaghetti.
1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
500 grams of ground beef.
A cup of red wine.
One chopped onion.
2 cups of tomato purée.
2 cloves of minced garlic.
5 tablespoons of olive oil.
A tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme.
Steps for the elaboration
In a frying pan with plenty of olive oil, sauté the meat together with the onion, garlic and thyme.
When the meat is browned, add the red wine, together with the tomato sauce.
Let the contents of the skillet cook over low heat for at least 30 minutes, or until the alcohol evaporates.
Rectify the seasoning, add salt and pepper to taste and remove the pan from the heat. Set aside but keep the meat warm.
In a separate pot with enough water, salt and a little olive oil, add the pasta and bring the water to a boil.
When you notice that the water is soft, remove the pot from the heat and strain the pasta.
While the pasta is still hot, serve on a plate and add some hot ground beef on top of the pasta.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta with the meat and finally sprinkle a little ground black pepper.

Chicken Parmesan is one of the best dishes of Italian food. This is based on a piece of chicken stewed with a layer of Parmesan cheese and a special tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
4 thick chicken fillets.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 beaten eggs
Half chopped onion.
1 cup of flour.
10 ripe tomatoes.
A cup of ground bread.
One clove of minced garlic.
Half a cup of fresh basil leaves.
400 grams of spaghetti.
2 mozzarella cheeses.
Steps for the elaboration:
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet upside down. Take the tomatoes to the oven and roast them at 200ºC for 20 minutes. When the tomatoes are done, remove the skin and mash them.
In a pan with enough olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic. When they are golden, add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Salt and pepper the contents of the pan and add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavor. Once the sauce is done, remove from the heat, but keep it warm to serve.
Bread the milanesas, passing them first through the egg, then through the wheat flour and finally through the ground bread.

This has its origin in the small coastal towns of Italy and is currently a recipe considered part of the national heritage.
Ingredients:
250 grams of pizza dough.
Olive oil, necessary quantity.
7 cherry tomatoes sliced
A quarter cup of toasted pine nuts.
A cup of crumbled goat cheese.
One and a half cups of parsley leaves.
Two spoons of olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
200 grams of sliced smoked salmon.
A cup of arugula leaves.
Steps for the elaboration:
Spread the dough on a previously floured tray.
Drizzle the dough with a little olive oil and two-thirds of the cherry tomatoes crushed in a kind of sauce. Salt and pepper the surface of the pizza to taste.
Take the pizza to the oven and bake at 200º C for 15 minutes, or until you notice that the surface of the dough turns golden brown.

Steps for the elaboration:
Season the chicken pieces to taste and place in a skillet to grill. Add a little olive oil. It is very important that you leave the chicken pieces with the skin.
When the chicken pieces are golden brown, turn and cook for a few more minutes, but without letting it cook completely.
Remove the chicken pieces and add the previously chopped pieces of garlic and onions.
When the onion and garlic are soft, add the chopped tomatoes, olives, and chicken broth. Next, scrape the bottom of the skillet a bit with a wooden spoon to extract the flavor from the chicken.
When the mixture has reduced a bit, add the thyme and return the chicken pieces to the skillet.
Cover the pan and let it cook over low heat for at least 10 minutes.
