Testimonies from former prosecutor Robert Mueller could end Donald Trump's presidential bid

Former prosecutor Robert Mueller has indicated today, in the Judicial Committee of the House of Representatives, that he would have conclusive evidence that would bring the current President of the United States, Donald Trump to trial. In addition, if Mueller's statements are true, Trump could not opt for presidential re-election in the next elections in 2020.

Mueller appeared today in the House of Representatives to address the case about Russia's interference in the last US presidential elections in 2016. In this way, the former prosecutor indicated that he would have evidence to blame Trump and bring him to trial.

In a conversation with Representative Ted Lieu, when he himself asked if he would accuse Trump if the situation was not different from the current one. Mueller pointed out that President Trump would not be free of any type of charge and that the former prosecutor was simply imposing himself to show all kinds of evidence before the House of Representatives:

The only thing I want to add is that I am going over the items with you. That does not mean that I subscribe to what you are trying to test through those elements

Mueller made it clear that Donald Trump could be charged after leaving his current position, which gives him a certain invulnerability to his actions committed in the 2016 presidential elections. All this was pointed out in an interview with the chairman of the committee Jerry Nadler:

Nadler: "Is it correct that if you had come to the conclusion that the president committed the crime of obstruction, you could not state it publicly in your report or here today?" Mueller: "The statement would be that you would not accuse and would not do so because, in the opinion of the Office of Legal Counsel, a president in office cannot be prosecuted, it would be unconstitutional." Nadler: "Under Justice Department policy, the president could be prosecuted for obstruction of crimes of justice after he leaves office, right?" Mueller: "True."

The current President of the United States, Donald Trump, used his Twitter social network to send public messages about everything that was going on in Mueller's meeting with the House of Representatives.

In one of them, he quotes a comment by Chris Wallace of Fox News, where he notes that this whole meeting was a disaster for the Democrats and for Mueller:

This has been a disaster for Democrats and a disaster for Robert Mueller's reputation.

In another tweet, T rump points out that the investigation into him was never impeded in any way, referring to former prosecutor Mueller's own responses:

Mueller was asked whether the investigation had been impeded in any way, to which he said it had not. In other words, there was never OBSTRUCTION.

Evidence presented to the Department of Justice by Robert Mueller

Mueller presented evidence to the Department of Justice on compelling evidence that would demonstrate the interference of Russia during the 2016 US presidential elections. Even so, the former prosecutor would be respecting a request from said department not to disclose or expose said case to the public environment, since this could affect recent investigations.

Trump's team would have also tried to intervene throughout the Mueller investigation process, although without success, since the former prosecutor presented 448 pages that would demonstrate the guilt of the current President of the United States for having Russian interventionist support.
