Flax seed styling cream
Flaxseed is a source of Omega 3, vitamin E and essential oils, the antioxidants in its compound can reverse any damage left on the hair fiber.
This ingredient acts from the inside, strengthening it and accelerating growth. It works great if you want your hair to look fuller.
It is also the perfect addition to hair creams for girls who have dry hair, or sensitivity to traditional styling creams. It is essential that the first cream you try with this ingredient!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of flaxseed.
½ cup of water.
4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel.
1 teaspoon essential oil (preferred).
Realization:
In a pot, bring a half (1½) cup of water to a boil.
Bring to a boil, add the flaxseeds and lower the heat to stir slowly.
When the seeds have mixed with the water, and have a sticky consistency, remove from the heat.
Let stand or place in a bain-marie, slowly stirring the mixture to cool faster.
Add four (4) tablespoons of aloe vera gel and one (1) teaspoon of your essential oil.
Stir everything and pass through a strainer or filter to add it to a jar with a lid.
Refrigerate when the mixture is at room temperature.
Recommendations:
This cream for your hair acts quickly, but remember to apply only a little to the scalp and massage the small amount with your fingertips for about 3 minutes.
In this way we will prevent the capillary skin from becoming more greasy than we want, but at the same time we will provide an intensive so that the remedy acts from the root and strengthens it.
In refrigeration it will have a week of utility, but do not forget to seal it very well. We recommend you use it daily so you can take advantage of the whole week!
The decision to rinse is made by yourself, the flaxseed styling cream can be left on damp or dry hair.
Red fruit styling cream
This recipe for homemade styling cream will add a sweet fragrance to your hair, while there will be the conditioning mixture of avocado oil, which will help define the shape of the hair.
In addition, the nutrients in the cornstarch will be preserved. Ideal for shaping curls, rollers or wavy hair, avoiding frizz. So if you are a curly girl, this is your homemade styling cream!
Ingredients:
1 cup of water.
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
2 teaspoons of avocado oil.
1 tablespoon of aloe vera extract.
2 teaspoons of red fruit essence.
Realization:
Place one (1) cup of water in a pan over low heat adding one (1) tablespoon of cornstarch and stir until thick.
Remove from heat and let stand until warm, to add one (1) tablespoon of aloe vera extract.
Add two (2) teaspoons of avocado oil and (2) teaspoons of red fruit essence and stir.
Place in a container that you can seal and refrigerate in the fridge.
Recommendations:
The homemade mixture for styling cream will last a little over a week, but there will be no problem if you apply the cream daily to your curly hair.
Since the amounts are proportional to about 150 ml, which would be slightly less than the usual net content in traditional styling creams. In this way, it will last as long as it has to last stored.
The most advisable thing is that you do not rinse your hair after applying it, and if you can use it after washing it would be amazing.
Rice styling cream
Rice water has been used for a long time for various home remedies, because it strengthens the hair strands and controls split ends, as well as being a good growth accelerator.
Also in this styling cream recipe, we have aloe vera as an ingredient that cannot be missing, since it will work together with the rice to refresh and soften the hair fiber. Leaving hair soft and silky!
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice water.
2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel.
1 tablespoon of almond oil.
Realization:
Boil a half (1 ½) cup of water and add a handful of rice grains.
Go stirring slightly and then strain until the grains of rice accumulate excessive water, and strain to obtain our rice water.
When cooling the rice water, add two (2) tablespoons of aloe vera gel and (1) tablespoon of almond oil.
Recommendations:
This recipe for combing cream is much more liquid than the previous two, but it is the mixture that lasts the longest. In refrigeration it is useful for 2 to 3 weeks.
We advise you to place the mixture in an atomizer so that the application of the daily treatment is much simpler and faster. No need to rinse.
