According to information provided by Semana Magazine, the Prosecutor's Office found on its shelves a case involving Jhonier Leal as the author of another murder. The files of said case were hidden and had not come to public light until this week.
The communication medium detailed that in November 2008, the authorities of Valle del Cauca reported the murder of a person near his apartment and in said file the name of Jhonier Leal is evidenced as the presumed person responsible for the homicide, which was provoked. for a traffic accident.
The document contains an account of a woman who pointed to a specific vehicle as the culprit. The cops proceeded to chase him down and catch the driver and it turned out to be the celebrity stylist.
The police report reflected that he had intercepted the driver and later requested reinforcements to proceed with the capture.
At that time, they told the person involved in the homicide that his recklessness in driving without seeing the cones that were on the road in a preventive manner had caused an accident that cost the life of a person.
Apparently, the file points to Leal as the driver responsible for the events and his response to the accusation was "I didn't hear any knock on my car."
