  • The ideal texture for the sushi dough is that it is shiny, moist and flexible, that is, it is malleable like plasticine.

  2. Place the cookies in a food processor, turn it on and allow them to process very well until you notice that they are very fine in texture. Ideally, they should be like an oreo flour.

  3. To the processor with the crushed cookies, add the two tablespoons of milk and two tablespoons of condensed milk.

  4. Turn the grinder back on and let the recently added ingredients blend well.

  5. When you notice a homogeneous texture, similar to a dough, it will be time to turn off the food processor and remove the mixture to move to a bowl.
