AVON Products company does not meet sales expectations

Avon Products Inc is not in a good stage of production. It was recently known that the quarterly income estimates did not meet their objective. AVON products appear to be affected by lower demand for their beauty lines in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

It is news that comes at a bad time, since Avon Products Inc is in the process of being purchased by the Brazilian Natura Cosmeticos SA.

Second-quarter revenue fell 13% to $1.17 billion, while analysts had an estimated $1.24 billion, according to IBES data from Refinitiv.

Apparently, the company does not have the same support from its customers. Many have opted for new brands and the AVON market has been affected.
