BTS's Jungkook seems to like to get in trouble

A few days ago, Jungkook, the youngest member (maknae) of the popular K-pop group BTS, was reported for a probable violation of the advertising laws of his native South Korea.

Remember that according to the current norm in your country, all celebrities and influencers must be very transparent when promoting a product or a brand.

That specific rule was promulgated in September 2020. Where it was established that influencers and television stars are prohibited from making posts on digital platforms that contain what is considered as disguised advertising.

If they violate that rule, they can be fined amounts starting at 500 million won, which at the current exchange rate would be about US $425,000.

According to what was released by the Asian medium, The Korea Times, Jungkook shared through his Instagram account a photograph of him wearing a purple T-shirt from the Graffitionmind brand.

That brand is owned by Jeon Jung-hyun, the singer's older brother.

Celebrities must be very careful in their publications and specify in their posts if it is a product or brand promotion, otherwise they can be fined.

This regulation is very strict with advertising content. It does not even allow influencers to post messages of gratitude to brands or to make indirect recommendations about a particular product.

In the case of that post with the hoodie, it was one of his followers who filed a civil complaint with the Competition Commission.

However, according to the report issued by the competent authority, it is concluded that Jungkook did not display the brand of the product he was using at any time. So it does not qualify as having the intention of violating the regulations in this regard.

The event did not escalate to a higher level. Likewise, it is worth mentioning that no representative of the Hybe agency, the BTS group or the young singer, has presented statements about the complaint.

It is necessary to specify that Jungkook has been involved in this type of controversy before.

Some time ago, the singer was accused of promoting a tea brand during a television show. That complaint was not investigated at the time.

Jungkook's new piercing

As if all the above were not enough, Jungkook broke one of the rules of his agency, BigHit.

The 23-year-old singer is one of the most popular members of the band BTS. And as such, they must strict rules imposed by the agency that represents them.

These rules include no tattoos, piercings, unauthorized makeovers, among many other stipulations, which are clearly stated in their contracts.

The seven members of BTS : Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are proven to be very respectful of the agency they work for. But they have also shown that they want to end certain prejudices and norms that exist within the South Korean music industry.

So much so, that on several occasions young people have violated the BigHit regulations. And that includes the fact that Jungkook has a new piercing.

The k-pop band recently premiered 'In The Soop 2' where their fans got to see the things the members do off-stage.

Like in their previous projects, the members of BTS showed themselves without barriers. The recordings of this series were made in a luxurious mansion.

And it was in that environment that something caught the attention of his fans.

The ARMY discovered that Jungkook got a new piercing in a private area, but was unable to hide it completely.

This revelation was evidenced when the young singer wore a lace shirt and the transparency of the fabric revealed a piercing in his chest.

The broadcast image is a little blurry, but the metallic sheen is clearly visible.

This image quickly went viral when it was shared on social networks. It caused an uproar among the thousands of BTS fans.

It is necessary to mention that this is not the only piercing that Jungkook has. A short time ago she wore an earring on her lip.

Obviously, the K-pop singer has shown that he is a rebel, breaking with the stereotypes of beauty in which his agency wants to pigeonhole him.
