Peanut nougat

  1. Place a dry skillet over medium low heat on the stove and then pour the sugar over it.

  2. Stir the sugar repeatedly with the help of a paddle as it melts. Be very careful that it does not burn, as it will acquire a bitter taste. You should also be careful not to burn yourself.

  3. Have the peanuts prepared in advance and once you notice that the sugar has completely melted and is still a little light, add the peanuts to the pan.

  4. Stir with the trowel to integrate it.
