  2. Add a heaped tablespoon or two levels of pure cocoa powder and mix well to integrate. Taste the flavor and add the liquor as well.

  3. Reserve until you are going to use it again, preferably in the refrigerator.

  1. Place a stove over medium heat on the stove and prepare the eggs with the syrup, pouring the sugar over the pot and then adding water to cover the sugar.

  2. Wait for the contents of the pot to boil and control the temperature until the syrup reaches 115 to 120º C and at that moment turn off the heat. Booking.

  3. Place the 4 whole eggs in the bowl of a mixer and begin to beat with the electric mixer until they are already well foamy.

  4. When you see that the eggs are well foamy, add the syrup that you just reserved, but in the form of a thread until it is well integrated at medium speed.

  5. Once you have all the syrup poured into the eggs, increase the speed and continue beating for 7 to 10 minutes.

  6. When you notice that the bowl is cold, stop beating, and you will have the mixture.

  7. Place the mascarpone cheese in a large container and begin to beat a little with manual whisk to make it a little less dense.

  8. Beat until creamy, then gradually add the egg mixture. Stir until it is integrated, and you get a cream.

  1. In a container, preferably glass and that is quite deep depending on the layers you want to prepare, start by dipping each cake in the coffee mixture and place them in the bottom of the mold. With this you will make a first layer of cake the first layer of cake.

  2. Pour in an amount of cream, enough to cover the biscuits well and spread well so that there is an even layer.

  3. Place another layer on top of the cake, also moistened with the coffee, and pour another layer of cream over the biscuits that you should also spread very well.

Variations on the recipe that you are sure to love

  • Although the liquor combined with the coffee is a unique touch that cannot be missing in this dessert, you can skip it to make it suitable for children. In this case, you only moisten the biscuits with decaffeinated coffee or milk.

  • If you prefer, do not hesitate to use the cake of your choice. A good idea is to use a chocolate or lemon flavored biscuit, as this gives it an extra delicious flavor.

  • Use a mold to sprinkle the cocoa on the surface, if you want a custom surface with a special design.
