Quick vanilla tartlets
This vanilla tartlet recipe is inspired by one of the most prestigious and savory Portuguese pastries known as Belém. These are cream tartlets with a puff pastry base.

This recipe will not take you more than 40 minutes and its degree of difficulty is quite low. Let's start.
The first thing is to program the oven at 210 ° C.

Break open the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, and add to the pot.
