Again sad news, another young Cuban dies trying to cross the Rio Bravo

A 24-year-old Cuban, Atkinson Waterman Torrens, was one of the many victims who drowned trying to cross the Rio Grande to reach the United States border.
His relatives in Cuba were already trying to find information about Atkinson, this young man had been missing for several days after having made the dangerous journey to cross the Rio Grande.
Words from the cousin of the young Cuban drowned
“Today the Waterman family is in mourning, a child was lost to us
“Wherever you are, you know that I love you with all my heart and that we do not show it whenever possible. You left many wounded hearts with your departure, bleeding from pain and feelings. Your family, friends and acquaintances regret your departure; reality tells us to act as if nothing has happened, as if everything is fine and while we put on the masks to feign well-being, our eyes are not yet dry”.
In less than a month there are many Cuban victims drowned to be able to achieve their American dream of reaching the United States and there are few who manage to arrive, many drown in the Rio Grande or are stopped halfway by the police or immigration from Mexico, sad but true every day there are many victims and families suffering from such a sad loss.
