  3. Add the chicken breast to the pot, once the water is hot and let it cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.

  1. Cut one and a half garlic cloves into very small pieces and then do the same with a few sprigs of chives.

  2. Put a frying pan on the heat and add a little oil. Later, when the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and chives.

  3. Sauté these two ingredients over medium-low heat for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Cut half a paprika and two tomatoes into very small pieces and also add them to the previous sauce.

  5. Season the sofrito with turmeric, cayenne pepper, oregano, and ground black pepper. Then, mix everything to integrate.

  6. Let everything cook for the time indicated above.

  7. Cut the carrot and some sprigs of chives into very small pieces and add them to the sauce a few minutes after finishing cooking.

  8. Finally, add a couple of tablespoons of the cooked breasts in the sauce and let the vegetables cook with this water for 5 more minutes.

  1. Shred the chicken breast. To do this, you can use an electric mixer or do it with your hands when they are at room temperature.

  2. Add the shredded chicken to the previous sauce and mix everything very well.

  3. Add one more cup of the broth from the cooking of the breasts to the pan.

  4. Sprinkle a little salt to taste and taste to see if it is well seasoned.

  5. Add the milk or heavy cream and let it cook for just a couple more minutes.

  1. Start assembling the lasagna by placing a light layer of the chicken mixture in a previously greased container with a little oil.

  2. Place a layer of the aubergine slices.
