This is a perfect recipe for those who want to taste a delicious tofu, which is prepared with a light marinade and then grilled.
Ingredients
Two tablespoons of soy sauce.
250 grams of tofu.
Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Two tablespoons of garlic powder.
4 tablespoons of sweet paprika.
4 tablespoons garlic powder.
4 tablespoons of dried parsley.
Steps for the elaboration
Spread a kitchen towel, place the tofu on it, then wrap it and leave it well covered. In this way, the dishcloth will absorb excess moisture. Leave the tofu covered for at least 1 hour with a heavy object.
Cut the tofu into cubes or sticks and place it in a large container.
Add the dried parsley, garlic powder, olive oil, sweet paprika, and soy sauce to begin marinating. It is not necessary to use salt, since the soy sauce is already salty.
Mix all the ingredients and make sure that all the pieces of tofu are well impregnated with the marinade. Let it rest for at least an hour, or if you prefer overnight in the refrigerator.
Place a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil, distributing it over the entire surface.
Add the tofu pieces one by one and move it every couple of minutes to avoid sticking, but be careful not to stick.
When you notice that the tofu pieces take on a golden hue on both sides it will be time to remove from the pan and serve immediately.
Tofu with vegetables
It is one of the best recipes with tofu, because it is low cost, easy to prepare and ideal for those with heart problems.
Ingredients
One gram of salt.
125 grams of tofu.
100 grams of red pepper for roasting.
10 grams of sesame seeds.
30 grams of soy sauce.
70 grams of green peppers.
100 grams of zucchini.
6 grams of olive oil.
60 grams of carrots.
Steps for the elaboration
Add a little olive oil to a skillet and spread over the entire surface. Place it on the stove over medium heat.
Drain and cut the tofu into medium pieces, add it to the pan and sauté for a few minutes. Reserve the tofu in a separate container.
Clean and peel all the vegetables on the list, wash them well, drain and set aside.
Add a little more olive oil to the pan, turn the heat back on and add the vegetables to the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes.
When you notice that the vegetables are tender, pour the soy sauce and continue sautéing with the help of a spoon.
Add the tofu that we had reserved, a little salt and the sesame seeds. Keep stirring a bit more so they blend in.

2 cm of peeled and crushed ginger.
400 grams of tofu cut into pieces.
2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
100 grams of broccoli cut into pieces.
Half a red onion cut into julienne.
A medium carrot cut into strips.
Half red pepper cut into julienne
For the sauce:
One eighth tablespoon of cayenne powder.
Three quarters of vegetable broth or water.
Two tablespoons of cornstarch.
Two spoons of sugar.
A quarter cup of soy sauce.
Steps for the elaboration
Place a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil, spreading it over the entire surface. Add the tofu to the pan with oil and sauté until golden brown. Then, reserve in a separate container.
In the pan, add the vegetables and sauté over high heat for 3 minutes. In case you don't want to use oil, you can use water or vegetable broth.
In a bowl, add the sauce ingredients and mix well. Then add to the pan.
Add the tofu to the skillet and continue stirring for at least 3 more minutes or until you notice that the sauce begins to thicken.
Before serving, correct the seasoning and if necessary add a little salt. If you like, you can also add some sesame seeds. Add the soy sauce and serve while it is still hot.
