The Brazilian player's goal is to be summoned by Tite for the World Cup in Qatar.

Dani Alves is the player with the most titles in the entire history of football and for the 2022-2023 season he was signed by the Pumas de México club.

The signing took place this Thursday and was evidenced when the Mexican club published some stories on his Instagram account , showing that the Brazilian footballer would join his team.

Dani Alves was born in Juazeiro, Brazil and is currently 39 years old. He began his sports career in youth clubs such as Juazeiro SC (1996-1998) and EC Bahia (1998-2001) and in 2001 he began playing professionally at EC Bahia, where he participated in the Sub20 and the senior team.

In 2002, the Brazilian club proceeded with a transfer of Alves to Sevilla from Spain for the 2002-2003 season. In 2003 he was bought by the Andalusian club until 2008 for 550,000 euros, according to the Transfermakt page, achieving a great performance until FC Barcelona signed him for 8 seasons until 2016 for 35.5 million euros.

Then he was transferred one year to Juventus in Italy for 9 million euros and then joined Paris Saint-Germain in France, where he played two seasons, from 2017 to 2019. That year he returned to Brazil where he was with the São Paulo FC for a season and in November 2021 he returned to FC Barcelona at the hands of Xavi Hernández.

In June of this year, the Catalan club's board informed the Brazilian right-back that he would not renew his contract, which made him a free agent to sign with the club of his choice, which, after some publications on his networks social and "letting himself be loved" by the Mexican club, his signing was finalized and his arrival will be in the next few days.

Also 4 European Super Cups (1 with Sevilla: 2007 and 3 with the Blaugrana: 2010, 2012, 2016), 3 UEFA Champions League with Barcelona (2009, 2011 and 2015), 2 UEFA Europa League with Sevilla (2006, 2007), 3 Club World Cups with the Catalans (2009, 2011 and 2015).

For his part, with PSG he won 2 Ligue 1 (2018, 2019), 1 French Cup and 1 French Super Cup (both in 2018). With Juventus he won both the Italian League and an Italian Cup in 2017.

At the national team level he won a U20 World Cup and with the senior team he won 2 Copa América (2007, 2019 and in the latter he stood out as the most valuable player), 2 Confederations Cup (2009, 2013) and an Olympic Medal in 2021.

He only lacks a World Cup and that is why he sought his signing with Pumas, which was also well seen in the eyes of Tite, the Brazilian coach. Dani Alves will focus on having a great participation with the Mexican club to be called up to Qatar and strive to obtain the long-awaited World Cup.
