What is the West Nile virus?
It is an infectious disease that first appeared in the United States in the year 1999. It is spread by mosquitoes infected with the disease. People who get this virus they do not usually have any type of symptom or if they have them they are mild symptoms.
The symptoms that cause this disease are: fever, headache, body aches, skin rash or swollen lymph nodes.
Although if the virus were to enter the brain can be fatal for the carrier. It can cause inflammation of the brain or inflammation of the tissue surrounding the brain.
