What we will need for our preparation will be:

  • 200 g whole wheat flour

  • 2 medium carrots, grated

  • 120 g of applesauce or baby compote

  • 80 g of cane or coconut sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil that we must melt

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 150 ml of water

  • The zest of half a lemon

  • One packet or 15g of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

  • 50 g of chopped walnuts

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Optional raisins to taste

For the elaboration:

1. We must add all the dry ingredients in a container in which we can mix them.

2. We will add the grated carrot to the other wet ingredients.

3. Then we will distribute the dough that should be thick in 9 preferably silicone molds.

4. We bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 190° approximately, this will depend on the intensity of your ovens, the why's will be ready when they are golden brown.
