3 homemade ice cream recipes that you can easily prepare

Ingredients
1 egg.
1 cup of milk.
1 cup of milk cream.
3/4 cup of sugar.

4 yolks.
Preparation of classic vanilla flavored ice cream
To start you must boil the milk with the sugar.
Now, beat the yolks with the egg.
When boiling the milk, take a small amount and add it little by little to the yolks.
Beat very well.
Then add everything to the mixture that is still in the pot. Mixing everything so that it is homogeneous.
Beat until thickened, but do not let it boil.
When it reaches the right point, remove from heat, strain and wait for it to cool.
Then add the whipped cream and vanilla essence.
Place in a mold that can go in the freezer and wait about 4 hours or so to enjoy it.
Fruit flavored
Ingredients
1 ½ cup evaporated milk.
½ cup dragées.
½ cup of smoothie mango.
1 cup of condensed milk.
½ cup of chopped chocolate.
½ cup of blended strawberries.
6 cones.
Preparation of fruit flavored ice cream
Freeze milk in individual containers for at least 4 hours.
At the end of the time, take them out and beat each one until they double in size. It needs to be done individually.
Join the milks with a palette with enveloping movements. Now divide the mixture into two equal amounts.
In one incorporate the strawberries and in the other the mango.
Integrate each one well, and cover with transparent paper to take them to the freezer again.
While melting the chocolate in a bain-marie, place the dragées in a bowl.
When the chocolate is melted , submerge the mouth of the cone and then pass it through the sprinkles.
Place in a cup or glass to dry.

Ingredients
24 yolks.
½ liter of milk cream.
18 small spoons of powdered sugar.
¾ cup of milk.
6 fish gelatin leaves.
Preparation of cheese flavored ice cream
Start by taking a refractory mold to the freezer. Let it cool for an hour and a half. Meanwhile, continue with the preparation.
Dissolving fish gelatin leaves in boiling milk.
Prepare a bain-marie and in the upper container join the yolks together with the sugar.
Beat until all the sugar is dissolved. This will thicken the mixture.
Remove from the heat when you obtain the expected content and add the dissolved fish gelatin leaves.
Mix everything very well and take the mixture to the refractory mold that you had prepared in the freezer.
Cover with transparent paper and let it cool for two hours.
At the end of the time, the cheese-flavored ice cream will be ready to enjoy.
