Wearing a mask indoors in public spaces is prohibited in New York

Some 2,100 people killed by Covid-19 were registered this Monday in the United States.

However, Thomas Rademacher, judge of the Supreme Court of New York, reported that the one who has the responsibility to make these types of decisions is the New York Department of Health, who are even preparing an appeal.

In this way, the health decisions determined by legislators, health officials and governors will not be taken into account, since it is not part of their responsibilities.

Seven school districts in the state of Virginia, filed a lawsuit in rejection from the executive order of Glenn Youngkin, Republican Governor. He ruled that wearing masks in public schools would be optional.

The Joe Biden government ordered that N95 masks be distributed from the Strategic National Reserve, which began to be distributed in US pharmacies this Monday.

The first batch was 400 million masks, which will be available to the population.
