Fluffy Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins

½ small tablespoon of soda.
1 small tablespoon of baking powder.
2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder.
½ cup of sliced almonds.
2 cups of oat flakes.
1 cup of Greek yogurt.
2 eggs.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Prepare the molds for the muffins. Grease them with a little butter or cooking spray.
In the blender pour all the ingredients, except the almonds, save a few to decorate.
If you want or do not have a blender, you can mix in a container and mix manually with a balloon whisk. This will take a bit longer than using a blender, but it's just as effective.
Do not forget to put the soda, since it is added so that the preparation acquires the spongy texture, making them obtain that rich consistency at the end of the process.
When the ingredients are well combined, pour the mixture into the containers. Fill only halfway to avoid losing mixture due to spillage, since they inflate.
Take to the oven to cook for 20 minutes. Open the oven when 15 minutes have passed to prick with a toothpick, because when it comes out clean it will be ready.
At the end of the time, take it out and let it rest. Then, unmold and decorate with the almonds or if you prefer, sprinkle a little cinnamon.
