Steps for the preparation of Italian baked pasta

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-low heat and add the onions, celery and carrots to fry for a few minutes or until you notice they are transparent.

  3. Add the tomatoes and mix them to integrate them. Then turn the heat up to medium and cover the pan so everything cooks for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Let the pasta cook in plenty of salted water and once it is ready, that is, it is cooked, strain and reserve in a bowl.

  5. Take a ladle of the tomato paste and set it aside. The rest pour it into the pasta. Then, sprinkle three tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and then mix everything very well.

  10. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and serve while the pasta is still hot.
