Humanitarian convoys will be allowed in Ukraine only with the provision of data
Ukrainians flee to countries like Hungary, Russia, Moldova, Poland, and Romania.
Russia reported that it will be allowing the departure of humanitarian convoys from different cities in Ukraine.
The only condition is that they provide the names of the officials who will accompany them and the license plates of the vehicles, according to Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center.
The officials will be stripped of their cell phones, and a search for a communication device will be carried out, as an exclusive method for intelligence gathering, regarding the units of the Russian Armed Forces.
Mizintsev warned the Ukrainian people since in the future humanitarian convoys will be allowed access, after they provide information such as vehicle brand, order number, registration number, full name, citizenship, passport number.
Likewise, drivers must offer their driver's license number with the authorized categories of vehicles.
Thousands of civilians have managed to evacuate from different cities in Ukraine, especially to the north, with the help of the humanitarian corridors agreed between the two countries.
Vladimir Zelensky, President of Ukraine, reported that approximately 40,000 citizens could be evacuated on Thursday from various regions of the country, such as Cherkasy, Poltava, Kyiv Lviv, and Dinipró, according to data provided by a statistician.
The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) indicated that the exodus in Ukraine, after the Russian attacks began, exceeds 2.3 million people who were welcomed in Hungary, Poland, Moldova, Romania, and even Russia.
