Russia reported that it will be allowing the departure of humanitarian convoys from different cities in Ukraine.

The only condition is that they provide the names of the officials who will accompany them and the license plates of the vehicles, according to Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center.

Likewise, drivers must offer their driver's license number with the authorized categories of vehicles.

Thousands of civilians have managed to evacuate from different cities in Ukraine, especially to the north, with the help of the humanitarian corridors agreed between the two countries.
