However, there are also dessert recipes that need few ingredients and that the results are of guaranteed quality. Such is the case of the cake that we will present to you in the development of this article.
What do I need for this cake?
The advantage is that you will not need much to be able to do it; You don't even need to have an oven to prepare it. Likewise, you will have as a result a cake with a great flavor that you can combine with other elements.
Basically, what you will need to prepare this 3 ingredient cake without oven is the following:
4 eggs
120 grams of wheat flour.
120 grams of sugar.
Preparation
The first thing we will prepare are the eggs, which we will separate into two different cups; one for the whites and one for the yolks.
Later, we will proceed to beat the whites until they reach the long-awaited point of snow. At this stage it is the moment that we must add the sugar to be able to whiten it.
In the other cup where we have the yolks, we will add the 120 grams of sifted wheat flour to avoid any type of lump.
It should be noted that this step should be with enveloping movements, preferably with a ladle, avoiding the use of mixers.
After completely adding the flour to the yolks, we will now integrate the mixture of the whites with the sugar; also with enveloping movements.
Likewise, we will have to do this until any lumps or bumps in the final dough are eliminated.
Besides, we must have our mold prepared, which must be greased with butter.
For best results, it is recommended to use greaseproof paper or vegetable paper that should be at the base of the mold. Everything, with the aim of preventing the mixture from adhering.
All that remains is to add the cake mixture to the mold regularly to avoid accumulations, and then smooth it. To finish, we must have a high-powered microwave which is where we will finish preparing our dessert.
It is recommended to leave it for at least 5 minutes in a microwave at maximum power to cook.
However, we can also use a knife or toothpick to check if it is ready. In what way? Inserting them into the cake, and if it comes out clean, it means that it would be ready; on the contrary, it is still lacking.
Once it is ready, we will only have to unmold, wait for it to cool down to be able to serve it with some companion and enjoy. Simple as that!
