Ingredients
150 grams of chocolate,
150 grams of pumpkin,
125 grams of almonds,
4 dates,
3 tablespoons of coconut zest,
1 tablespoon of coconut oil,
1/2 small spoonful of ground cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 small tablespoon of clove powder.
Preparation method
1. We will begin by cutting the pumpkin into squares of an average size to be placed on a tray and thus take them to the oven at a temperature of about 180 degrees for 20 minutes until it is soft.
Ideally, the oven is already preheated before placing them in it.
2. Taking advantage of the time in the pumpkin oven, we will crush the almonds, and we will take to a bowl together with the grated coconut and mix until forming a kind of flour with them.
3. Once the time is up, we take the pumpkins out of the oven and purée them in a bowl and add the flour.
4. On the other hand, we chop the dates very small before adding them to the purée.
5. After this we add the flour together with the purée, the coconut oil, the cinnamon, the ginger and the cloves, and we knead until we obtain a soft dough which we must cover with transparent paper and take to the refrigerator.
6. Once it is cold we will make small balls of mace which we will pass through melted chocolate.
7. To melt the chocolate we place it in a container and then in a pot in a water bath so that it does not burn us.
If you wish once at the end you can use coconut grated to decorate the truffles and thus add more fun to them.

150 grams of dates,
1 cup of applesauce,
400 grams of pumpkin,
2 cups of wheat flour,
4 eggs,
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice
1 pinch of salt
Preparation method
1. The first step to start is to preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees in order to have it ready.
2. We will cut the pumpkin into small pieces and place them on a tray to take them to the oven to cook for about 20 minutes so that they are tender to purée.
3. On the other hand, we take the dates and also process them to make them purée and mix them together with the apple and pumpkin purée until we get a homogeneous mixture.
4. To these we add the eggs, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, Pumpkin Spice and a pinch of salt. We continue mixing until all the ingredients are united.
5. We take a container and grease and flour it to place the mixture and take it to the oven for an average time of 25 to 30 minutes.
6. When the 25 minutes have passed we open the oven and with a wooden toothpick or a pastry needle we verify that the mixture is fully cooked.
