What causes stinging when urinating?
Itching when urinating, also known as dysuria, is usually caused by some type of urinary infection of an inflammatory nature. It is a disease that mainly affects women, which is not exactly dangerous.
It is important to note that the stinging when urinating does not occur alone, but is often accompanied by other symptoms such as fatigue, deep urine odor, habitual full bladder sensation, high body temperature and general malaise. For these reasons it can become a very debilitating disease, in which the taking of antibiotics is advised.
