To start you must have:
1 small spoon of garlic
2 eggs
1 small spoon of ground pepper.
1 cup onion, minced
2 teaspoons of cooking wine
1 quarter cup of chopped cilantro.
We will also need a kilogram of ground beef, half a cup of breadcrumbs and four tablespoons of oil. Lastly, a quarter cup of chopped parsley and a cup of chopped carrot.
Preparation
To prepare the meatloaf, the first thing to do is place the garlic together with the eggs, pepper, onion, wine and coriander in the blender glass and blend.
Followed by this, in a bowl you must empty the previous mixture and add the meat along with the breadcrumbs.

Begin to fill the chopped carrot, continuing to wrap it in the form of caramel.
Bake at a temperature of 180 °C, for an approximate time of about 30 minutes.
