Preparation of sweet and sour pork in sauce

Start by cleaning the pork well, or if you bought it already minced, much better.

To get a better flavor you have to marinate the meat. You just have to unite all the ingredients ready to make it and leave it from the night before.

For the breading

  1. When it's time to cook, you have to add the pork.

  2. Drain the meat well before you start.

  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Then, pass the pork cubes through the dry mixture. It should be well covered but without excesses.

  5. Now, prepare a pan with oil.

When it is very hot, cook the breaded pork. This shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

for the sauce

  1. While the pork is cooking, fry the garlic and ginger. Ginger should go in equal amounts as garlic.

  2. When it changes color add the vinegar and sugar. Allow to heat until it reaches its first boil.

  3. While this is happening, mix the pineapple juice with the starch. You must dissolve it well to avoid lumps.

  4. Wait for them to boil and add the starch with the pineapple juice.

  5. Do not stop stirring and let it boil a couple more times.

  6. When you have reached the expected level of sauce, add it to the breaded pork. And that's it!
