Regardless of the time of year, desserts are a great ally when it comes to cheering us up, enjoying and comforting us as the case may be. This is the reason why I bring you these flourless coconut cupcakes, which are slow to die.
This recipe is quite versatile, so the possible variations are almost endless. In addition, they are prepared very quickly and in large quantities, which makes them ideal for any event with many people attending.
Contributions of coconut for the body
Similar to chocolate, coconut is food that gives the body energy. On the other hand, thanks to its high fiber content, it favors intestinal transit.
It can be said that it is a fairly complete dessert, so say no more, and let's get down to work so that you and your family can enjoy the wonderful taste of flourless coconut cakes.
Ingredients
50 milliliters of chantilly cream.
½ cup of condensed milk.
1 package of grated coconut.
3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
1 cup of milk.
½ box of milk cream.
How do you prepare coconut cakes without flour?
To begin, place the condensed milk, vanilla and starch in a container.
Mix everything until it thickens a bit. This can not be too liquid or too thick.
Now, in a metal mold that can go in the freezer, place the grated coconut. Spread it all over the base. The idea is that there is a considerable layer of coconut left, so choose a medium model or one that adapts to the preparation.
In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream, mixing well. Don't let it heat up for more than 10 minutes, as it's just a bit of heat and not cooking.
Once the time is complete, pour the mixture, so it is hot very carefully on the layer of coconut that you have placed in the mold.
Take to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Now, in another container, beat the chantilly cream until it reaches the point of snow.
Remove the mold from the freezer and on it, apply a layer of the whipped cream whipped. You can help yourself with a spatula.
Put the mold in the freezer for 10 more minutes.
Then take out and divide the dessert into four equal parts.
Then, take one of the parts, peel it off the corner and roll it up to form the coconut cupcakes. And voilà!
At this point, what remains are to serve and enjoy as is. It is a quite appetizing dessert and depending on the size you give it, you will have the number of appetizers ready.
I recommend that you use several trays so that you can establish a good layer of each product. Go ahead and enjoy this cold dessert with your loved ones.
