Step 1
1 — Request letter addressed to the consul (Marco Vinicio Vargas Carranza) of Costa Rica in Cuba, in which they must include all the information that we are going to present below.

Date and place of birth of the traveler.
Place and date of entry and exit from Costa Rica.

2 — Original passport and photocopy of the first page of the passport where the traveler's identification data is recorded. The passport must be valid for at least the next 6 months from the date of travel.
3 — Reservation of the air ticket in which the entry and exit of Costa Rica is recorded in order to confirm that you enter and leave the country correctly at the times allowed by the laws of Costa Rica, remember that you can only make a smaller scale to 12 hours and cannot leave the international zone of the airport.
4 — Certificate showing economic solvency of the passenger.
