5. Place transparent paper on the work table and pour the batter. Spread and wrap it with the plastic.

6. Refrigerate for about 2 hours so that the mixture is completely cold.

Do not leave it too long, if you make it from one day to the next and leave it in the fridge it will harden. So you can take the dough out when it's cold and leave it out of the fridge.

7. Now, preheat the oven to 180 °C and prepare some trays with parchment paper.

8. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin. If you prefer you can work the dough in parts.

You can flour the table or use transparent paper so that the dough does not stick.

9. Spread to a thickness of 5 millimeters. If you place it thinner, it will be more crisp.

10. Cut out with the help of a cutter and take them to the trays. Don't forget to leave some space between the cookies.

To use the cookies as decoration, you will need to make a hole for a string. Don't make the hole so close to the edge, as it can break.

11. Bake for 12 minutes, when you see that the edges are browning.

12. At this point, remove from the oven and wait for them to cool before moving them from the pan. And ready!
