The mobile version of Diablo will arrive in June
If you are a fan of Diablo, there is great news for you as Diablo Immortal will be released for Android and iOS shortly and will go into open beta on PC at launch.
Blizzard just announced that the game will launch on June 2, so we already have it right around the corner. Built entirely from the ground up, this upcoming title will be the franchise's most ambitious entry yet.
The game will have full crossplay compatibility, meaning players will be able to play on both mobile and computer without losing their progress. You will be able to log in both on mobile and on your PC and continue playing, this means that you can also play with people from other platforms.
What is Devil Immortal?
Diablo Immortal is an MMOARPG set between the events of Diablo II and Diablo III. The Worldstone became corrupted and shattered throughout the realm. Time is of the essence and these shards must be found before they find their way into the hands of the forces of the Burning Hells, who wish to use them for their own malicious purposes.
In the Sanctuary, players must choose one of six classes: barbarian, crusader, demon hunter, monk, necromancer, or wizard. Your character travels through Westmarch and eight different regions on a mission to protect the Sanctuary.
Allies will be everywhere, as players can form warbands with up to eight people or even join forces with new and returning Diablo characters like Deckard Cain.
This massive world will force players to form alliances and team up to take part in group challenges like Helliquary's raid bosses. Clans of up to 150 people can also be formed to take on unique challenges and earn clan achievements.
The “Cycle of Strife” system also allows everyone to band together to fight a war, and the highest ranked will receive the “Eternal Crown” to become the leader of the Immortals. They must also defend their position in tough PvP battles that also include 1 vs. 30.
