You can now pre-register for Harry Potter: Magic Awakened and with additional gifts
Fans can rejoice because there's more news on Warner Bros. Games and NetEase's long-awaited MMO collectible card game : Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, hitting virtual shelves later this year.
With the release of Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore's Secrets, the game will be collaborating with the spin-off franchise to offer players some additional pre-registration perks.
What is Harry Potter: Wizard Awakened about?
Harry Potter: Wizard Awakened sees players embark on an epic journey through the pages of the Harry Potter universe. They'll learn magic from iconic Hogwarts professors, choose their own House, engage in wizard duels, and do everything a wizard does. Players will encounter both old and new characters created specifically for the game.
So, in case you are a lover of this wonderful world created by JK Rowling, this is a game that you cannot miss.
From when can you pre-register?
Pre-registration opened in February in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania, and players who sign up now will receive an exclusive Fantastic Beasts card pack containing the Niffler and Baby Manticore summon cards.
Like their film counterparts, the baby Manticores in Harry Potter: Magic Awakened will be a force to be reckoned with. Similar to crustaceans, they have twisted tails, linked limbs, spiny heads, and are violent and carnivorous. It's better to have this beast on your side than to face a horde of them, that's for sure.
Next up is the Niffler, a furry beast with a long nose and thick black fur. This creature takes refuge underground and is an excellent treasure hunter, as it loves shiny objects.
Although this makes them quite cunning and mischievous, if used wisely they will help wizards locate many hidden treasures. Plundered riches will allow players to regenerate their magic points and further their journey.
