How to make baked sea bass?

For fish lovers, I teach you how to prepare baked sea bass in an exquisite way. The delicious semi-fat white fish that many love to cook.

A recipe to share with the whole family, or in the company of good friends. For those occasions where you want to get out of everyday life and immerse yourself in marine gastronomy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram sea bass (prepare head included)

  • 10 potatoes.

  • 4 medium onions.

  • 4 tomatoes.

  • A spoon of white wine.

  • Olive oil to taste.

  • Salt to taste

  • A pinch of pepper.

  • lemon to decorate

How to prepare baked sea bass?

With these simple steps you can prepare a Mediterranean dish in a great way. There are aspects that you can take into account considering your own taste for cooking.

  • Step 1: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into slices. We keep in a separate plate.

  • Step 2: We cut the onions into very fine pieces, you can chop them a little square or leave the rings round. Set them aside along with the potatoes. (We do the same process with the tomatoes)

  • Step 3: It's time to bake! With the oven preheated to 200 °C, prepare a tray with olive oil and add the potato slices, add salt and pepper and take them to the oven for 10 minutes.

  • After the time has passed, we take them out and add the onions and tomato and put them in the oven for 10 more minutes.

  • Step 4: Clean it with absorbent paper and then chop the sea bass very well, preferably cross-cutting it, and season it with salt and pepper.

  • Then we placed it on top of the tray where the potatoes, onions and tomatoes were.

Step 5: Finally, we sprinkle the white wine over the sea bass and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes (watch very well).

Your baked sea bass is now ready to eat, you can add the lemons in slices around the tray or in each selected cut and incorporated into each plate where it is to be served.

NOTE: Wild sea bass have a more exquisite flavor than farmed sea bass. The wild ones are those brought directly from the sea, their scales are very bright and their price is higher than the caretaker sea bass.
