Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter.
1 egg.
2 tablespoons of coconut flour.
A quarter tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
A little lemon zest.
Vanilla essence, necessary amount.
A couple of tablespoons of liquid Stevia.
Steps for its preparation:
Add the butter to the mug and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Crack the egg and pour the contents into the cup. Then, mix until completely integrated.
Pour a few drops of vanilla essence into the cup, followed by liquid Stevia and lemon juice. Also add the lemon zest and mix until completely integrated.
Add two tablespoons of coconut flour and a quarter tablespoon of baking powder.
Mix everything until you get a homogeneous and thick mass. If you want a more aesthetic and professional finish, smooth the surface with the help of a spoon or trowel.

4 ounces of cream cheese.

Steps for its preparation:
In a large bowl, pour the cream cheese, followed by the butter and mix everything with a paddle or with the help of an electric mixer so that it integrates more quickly. Ideally, it should be with a smooth texture and easy to manipulate.
Pour the drops of liquid Stevia, followed by the vanilla essence and a little salt to taste. Then, continue mixing until everything is perfectly integrated.
Form an assembly station by placing the shredded coconut on one plate and the cocoa powder on another.
Make small cheesecake balls with your hands, scooping up a little of the mixture with a spoon and rolling it onto your fingers. Another way is to shape it with two spoons, passing the mixture from one to the other.
Pass the balls through the grated coconut or the cocoa powder, and then let it rest on a plate. Ideally, each ball is completely soaked in its respective topping.
