The flan without oven to enjoy
Flan is a classic dessert that year after year is prepared by countless people. For this reason, we will make a flan without an oven to enjoy with the family.

Ingredients

1 can of evaporated milk.
4 eggs.
1 can of condensed milk.

2 egg whites.
Cocoa.
½ cups of whipping cream.
1 tablespoon of chocolate.
2 egg yolks.
¾ cups of flour.
1 cup of sugar.
Preparation
Do not worry about the number of ingredients you see, we will work them in parts so there is no confusion.
We will start with the base, for this:
In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients and mix them very well.
Apart, place the butter, sugar and yolks. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture fluffs.
Stir in cream cheese, vanilla, and melted chocolate.
In a bowl, beat the egg whites until they double in size.
Now, it is time to add the dry ones to the yolk mixture, trying to integrate everything.
When you have mixed everything, add the egg whites with enveloping movements.
Then pour the mixture into a greased pan.
For the flan
In a blender or mixer, add the condensed milk, vanilla, rum, and eggs.
With a spoon, add the flan mixture to the base that we had in the mold.
This will cause them to combine a bit. Try to add the mixture carefully.
When finished, cover with aluminum foil.
Prepare a bain-marie in the kitchen. Do not go up from medium heat. This part can take approximately 50 minutes for complete cooking.
for the candy
When there are approximately 10 minutes left, prepare the caramel.
For the caramel, you just have to place the sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, until it all melts. Be careful not to burn it, as it can make the mixture bitter.
At the end of the flan time, remove from the heat and wait for it to come to room temperature.
Carefully remove from the mold and pour the caramel. Enjoy!
