Upcoming Fast and Furious installments could be taken to outer space

Morgan has been in charge of writing all the Fast & Furious films since 2006, when he began his work on this series with Tokyo Drift. In this way, he more than anyone would know where he would be taking this series of films that mix action and luxury cars in all its films.

In his interview with Polygon, Morgan also noted that he is a huge fan of physics and that he is always looking to bring some credible action scenes to attract audiences :

I am someone very fanatic of action and physics... I think my limit is that we always lean towards physics and never seek to go beyond the impossible... When that happens, you stop enjoying the movie, and it leaves you to import the characters due to that fracture.

Morgan also pointed out that this franchise is very strict with bringing credible scenes that attract the public, which is why they always look for great candidates to be part of the set or the plot of the films. In this way, the famous Fast and Furious writer pointed out that taking movies to outer space is not out of his plans, as long as it is something flashy and incredible :

Nothing is out of our plans. Absolutely nothing. It just has to be interesting, and it has to be amazing. That is the only question.

The ninth installment of Fast and Furious is still filming and is expected to be released the following year. Recently, the news was echoed due to a serious accident that Vin Diesel's double suffered while filming some takes in Europe.

For now, it's time to reduce the sphere with the next premiere of Hobbs & Shaw, the new spin-off of Fast and Furious, will hit theaters next week. In this way, we will see the characters of "The Rock" Johnson and Jason Statham star in their own films to bring a story full of action and adrenaline.
