Know the prices of tickets to Paris 2024
On this occasion, the organizing committee will offer a different method than previous events.
Two years before the Olympic event in Paris 2024, little by little it begins to take center stage. In this way, the organizational guidelines for athletes and all fans have begun to be known.
At the 2024 Paris Olympics there will be 28 sports, which will be played between Friday, July 26 and Sunday, August 11, 2024.
On Monday, the ticket sales process for the more than 700 sessions that will take place at the event was announced.
The first fact is that one million tickets for the Olympics will cost 24 euros, which is equivalent to 26.50 dollars; 500,000 tickets for the Paralympics will cost from 15 euros, equivalent to 16.50 US dollars.
This would be for all sports, including water sports and athletics.
The other tickets would cost 50 euros or 55 US dollars and for the Paralympics they will cost 25 euros, which would be 27.5 US dollars. The only global digital platform will be in charge of selling all kinds of tickets.
Ticket sales process
Tony Estanguet, president of the organizing committee, explained that ticket costs will be available in all disciplines and all sports.
He stressed that, for the organization, it is important, since they worked based on accessible tickets in all sports.
On this occasion , a draw will be held at the beginning of the process. This time it will not be, as was done before, that those interested reserved tickets and then had to wait for the draw to find out if they were benefited.
This process will start at the end of 2022 and sales will be available in January 2023. For this reason, those interested must register on the page.
Initially, multi-session packages will be available. However, later there will be purchase options for specific events.
Estanguet indicated that this modality is completely new, compared to previous events. In this opportunity the people, after the draw, they will have the security of choosing the available tickets, paying for them and thus obtaining them.
Ticket sales schedule
End of 2022 - Start of draw
In these months the inscriptions of the raffle of the sale of the packs will begin. This is the set of various tickets that allow access to various skills.
February 2023 - Sale of packs
This month begins the process of selling the ticket packs. The process begins after the first draw.
May 2023 - Sale of individual tickets
After the second draw, the sale of single tickets will begin this month.
Year End 2023 - Tickets Remaining
Start the process of selling the rest of the tickets. These would be the last tickets available, until their existence is exhausted.
