New shooting in the United States leaves one dead and three injured
In the middle of an unauthorized concert, near the city of Washington on Sunday night, a shooting took place where a 15-year-old boy was killed, and three people were injured.
This event was preceded by two previous incidents that caused a panic at the concert. Everyone was located in the alternate streets, where they listened to the music that was played from a truck.
DC Police Chief Robert Contee told reporters at a news conference that officers responded and were able to contain the area and the incident did not escalate, but people began to disperse.
Several of these people suffered leg and ankle injuries while being treated by firefighters, first responders, and police. Emergency personnel recovered the individual's firearm while the injured were being treated.
The shots were fired at Northwest 14th and U streets, near the concert site, where the teen was killed.
Other firearms were discovered at the same site. In the middle of the event, the agent and two civilians were injured and are hospitalized.
