Bombed children's hospital in Ukraine.

Through the social network Telegram, the mayor's office denounced that Russia deliberately bombed the civilian population as on previous occasions. This time, the blank was a pediatric hospital in the city of Mariupol.

Among the deceased is a minor. The event has been denounced by international organizations and governments, at the same time, the meetings between the foreign ministers of Russia and Ukraine, Serguei Lavrov and Dmytro Kuleba, continue.

In this context, the city mayor's office assured that another civilian was killed in another bombing this Thursday morning, pointing out that Russian troops "mercilessly" attack civilians.

The local government has assured that in nine days of bombing more than 1,200 people have been killed.

On the other hand, the president of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, who classified the bombing as a "war crime", showed the videos of the ruins of this bombed hospital, which houses a maternity and a pediatric space.

About this bombing, from Russia they assured that their soldiers on Ukrainian soil will be interrogated about the attack.

In a press conference, the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, assured that they do not have detailed information about the event, therefore, the soldiers will be interrogated.

Videos of the remains of the children's hospital in the city of Mariupol are circulating on digital platforms, a city that has been one of the main targets of Russian attack for two weeks since the invasion of Ukraine began.

The Ukrainian parliamentarian, Roman Hryshchuk, requested through his Twitter account that they send planes to defend "this madness".

Mariupol authorities have assured that, since the beginning of the invasion, Russian planes have been very specific and selective in their bombings, pointing out that a large percentage of the bombings have been against civilian buildings.

Specifically, they have bombed locations with a high number of minors and families, hospitals, residential areas and educational centers.

In the video you can see the great impact of the missiles against the hospital building, as well as the green areas still on fire or smoking as a result of the Russian bombardment.

On the site are the security and emergency bodies, who are looking for the injured, in addition, it is possible to see that the vehicles parked nearby were completely destroyed.

So far, the authorities say that three deaths and 17 injuries have been recorded.

Mariupol is a port city, so its strategic location is of great importance to the Kremlin.

The Vatican rejects the attack on the hospital in Mariupol

Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican secretary of state, called the Russian attack on the children's hospital "unacceptable."

According to media outlets in Italy, Parolin denounced that the attack occurred within a period of ceasefire that was intended to evacuate civilians from risk areas.

On the other hand, he reiterated his call to agree on a real ceasefire that allows the correct deployment of the humanitarian corridors that the civilian population of Ukraine needs.

This Thursday began the six humanitarian corridors agreed between Russia and Ukraine, with which it was hoped to achieve the evacuation of some Ukrainian territories that are under attack.

Since the beginning of the invasion, about 4% of the Ukrainian population has fled the country.
