Russian soldiers in Kiev

On the second day of the Russian attack on Ukraine, the army mobilized by Putin managed to enter Kiev, where there are heavy clashes between Russians and Ukrainians.

At dawn, bombings were reported in the Ukrainian capital and the Ministry of the Interior ordered the distribution of weapons to congress deputies.

After the entry of Russian soldiers to Kiev, Vladimir Putin assured this Friday that he is willing to negotiate with Ukraine once the soldiers lay down their weapons.

Imminent fall of Kiev

From the Russian defense ministry they have assured that the troops have managed to blockade the Ukrainian capital from the western region. They also guaranteed that Russian soldiers will continue their missions in Kiev and other cities.

According to the minister, during the control of the airfield, which is located about 35 kilometers from Kiev, approximately 200 soldiers of the Ukrainian forces were killed and the Russian front did not suffer any casualties.

At night, the Ukrainian authorities had assured that the airport was under their control and in the morning they continued to affirm said control.

A Russian defense spokesman has warned that the Ukrainian government has deployed rocket launchers in residential areas of the capital to provoke return fire against civilians.

He also assured that this decision, to use artillery in residential areas, is a war crime.

In the Donbass region, clashes have continued between the self-proclaimed independent republics and the Ukrainian forces, where Russian authorities have assured that they maintain military support for that territory and have managed to advance more than 10 kilometers.

Vladimir Putin calls on the Ukrainian military to seize power

President Putin, in a televised address, called on Ukrainian soldiers to lay down their weapons, calling the Ukrainian executive power "neo-Nazi drug addicts."

In turn, he urged Ukraine's military elite to seize power, hinting at motivating a coup.

On the other hand, at night, the Ukrainian president, Volodimir Zelenski, in a meeting with the leaders of the European Union, assured that, that night could be the last that they see him alive.

Yesterday, in a video published on the official website of the Ukrainian government, Zelensky claimed to have information that Russia's main objective is to eliminate him. For that reason, it has been protected and its whereabouts are unknown.
